Employment Assistance Services
The Employment Assistance Services (EAS) program provides support to organizations assisting eligible participant in finding and obtaining employment or with the development of skills necessary to maintain employment.
Labour Market Partnerships
The Labour Market Partnerships (LMP) program provides support to organizations, employers and communities to deal with labour force adjustment and to enhance labour market participation for eligible participants.
Job Creation Partnerships
The Job Creation Partnerships (JCP) program provides support to community partnerships engaged in projects that provide work experience opportunities for eligible participants.
The Self-Employment program provides support to organizations that assist eligible participants in developing and implementing new businesses and provides direct funding support to those participants. This program is currently being redesigned.
Targeted Wage Subsidy
The Targeted Wage Subsidy program provides support to encourage employers to fill an existing position with eligible participants who would not normally be hired due to a lack of work experience.
