Working in Yukon

Immigration forms and documents

There are two policies under Yukon Education's immigration program:

Yukon Business Nominee Program

Yukon Nominee Program Policy

Processing times

The Yukon Nominee Program is dealing with a high volume of applications at this time. The current processing time for Skilled Worker and Critical Impact Worker applications is 12-14 weeks from receipt of a complete application. This is due to the new federal requirement to verify the foreign national’s education and work experience documents. Processing times will increase with the volume of applications received.
