Apply for Student Financial Assistance
Students applying online are required to send Declaration pages, High School Transcripts, Official Transcripts and/or letters of acceptance separately. Applicants have the following options to send in their documents:

By accessing the online application you can apply for funding, additional funding, continue your in-progress application or check the status of your on-line or manually submitted applications.
When applying online the required declaration pages are to be sent separately:
Yukon Grant / Student Training Allowance / Yukon Excellence Awards / Scholarships (Yukon)
Canada Student Loan – Full Time (Federal)
Students applying for both Federal and Yukon funding complete this Student Declaration instead of one of the above
If you prefer a paper application, fill out the 2014/15 Application for Student Financial Assistance form and/or the 2014/15 Canada Student Loan Application. Print a copy of your completed form(s) and send them to the SFA office via e-mail, fax, regular mail or by dropping them off – see our contact and address information at the bottom of this page.
Printed forms are also available from the SFA office.
IMPORTANT HEALTH CARE INFORMATION
If you are attending school outside of Yukon, read this information. Then, print and complete the Yukon Health Care Insurance Plan Temporary Absence Form. Once completed, this form can be sent either to the Yukon Department of Health or to the Student Financial Assistance office (address below).
