• Student from the Yukon Territory enrolled or accepted in a post-secondary education institution;
• Minimum two year residency in the Yukon;
• Preference will be given to those studying in the areas of Natural Resource Management or Environmental Studies;
• Selection will be based on financial need and demonstration of education goals.
