Criteria:

• Yukon resident student attending a post-secondary institution for a second or subsequent year.
• Student to submit a brief outline of his or her background, where in the Yukon they are from and schooling to date.
• Have not received a previous scholarship through the Vancouver Yukoners' Scholarship Fund or the former Lulu Fairbanks Memorial Scholarship.
