$200.00 to cover the cost of secondary and post secondary educational accommodations for students with learning disabilities

Criteria:

Eligible for the following levels:

• Grade 10, 11 and 12
• College Preparation 040, 050 or 060
• Arts & Science or Professional Studies

Documents Req:

• Formally assessed learning disability or suspected learning disability (parent observation, physician, school personnel, LDAY);
• School transcript or proof of registration in school;
• Student "Letter of Request" stating what your areas of learning problems and how the Learning for Success course will help you achieve your goal to become a better student.
• Two letters of support (not family members)

Deadline Date:

This scholarship will be awarded annually in September and January.

The purpose of this scholarship is to help persons with learning disabilities to complete a high school education.
