Award Amount:

Up to $4,000 each to a maximum of 4 years

Ten Scholarships in two categories:

• For students majoring in disciplines related to the financial services industry
• For students majoring in disciplines unrelated to the financial services industry

Criteria:

• Status and non-status Indians, Inuit or Metis are eligible to apply;
• Enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution;
• Must maintain a full course load with good academic standing;
• An independent committee of Aboriginal academics and RBC representatives reviews all completed applications.  Recipients are selected primarily on the basis of personal and academic achievements and individual financial need.
