• Canadian Citizen;
• Yukon resident for a minimum of 2 years immediately prior to date of application;
• Attending a University, College or Vocational school for second or subsequent year in a program leading toward a degree, certificate or diploma;

This scholarship was initiated by the association in memory of the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. John Harach of Crestview who was fatally injured in a traffic accident. Selection will be based on academic qualifications, participation in extra-curricular activities and contributions to student life.
