Criteria:

• Yukon student who has completed 2 years of high school in Yukon Public School System and has resided in Yukon for the past 12 consecutive months prior to start of studies;
• Aviation oriented technical training.

This scholarship was initiated by the association in memory of the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. John Harach of Crestview who was fatally injured in a traffic accident. Selection will be based on academic qualifications, participation in extra-curricular activities and contributions to student life.
