$5,000 annually to a maximum of 4 years
4 Bursaries per year

Priority Areas:

Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech / Language Pathology, and Audiology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, Dietetics / Nutrition, Licensed Practical Nursing, Dental Therapy, Rehabilitation / Therapy Aide or Therapy Assistant, Primary Care / Advanced Care Paramedic

Criteria:

• Canadian citizen or landed immigrant; 
• Proof of current or previous residency in Yukon of at least three consecutive years within the last five years;
• Acceptance into a recognized Canadian institution in an approved health profession education program;
• Demonstrated interest and/or commitment in health care services and working in Yukon on completion of education.

• Letter of acceptance/proof of enrolment in an approved Canadian Health Profession education program;
• Proof of Canadian citizenship or landed immigrant status;
• Proof of residency;
• Letter indicating interests in and/or commitment to health care services through personal employment, education or volunteer history including reference names and contact information.  Include full name, address, telephone and email contact and information on other funding sources.
