Criteria:

• You must be a son, daughter, or legal ward of persons who derive their principal income from the Pipeline Industry and who employers are Members of this Association.
• Beginning undergraduate studies in a full program leading to a Degree or Certificate in any field, at a recognized University or College in Canada.
