Apply for Student Financial Assistance (SFA) Online

Students can now apply online for the following funding:

     Yukon Grant
     Student Training Allowance
     Yukon Excellence Awards
     Canada Student Loan – Full-Time 
     Canadian Army Scholarship
     Nicholas John Harach Scholarship
     Yukon Art Society Scholarship
     Yukon Huskies CB Radio Club Scholarship

Students applying online are required to send Declaration pages, High School Transcripts, Official Transcripts and/or letters of acceptance separately.  Applicants have the following options to send in their documents:

Email:  Scanned and emailed to sfa@gov.yk.ca
Mail:    By Canada Post

Important:  Official Transcripts to be sent by mail only.  Faxed or scanned will not be accepted.

By accessing the online application you can apply for funding, additional funding, continue your in-progress application or check the status of your on-line or manually submitted applications.

When applying online the required declaration pages to be sent separately:

Yukon Student Financial Assistance Student Declaration pdf file
Parent/Legal Guardian Information and Declaration  - Schedule A  pdf file - If required for Yukon Grant applicants.

Canada Student Loan – Full Time (Federal)
Canada Student Loan Student Declaration pdf file

Spouse or Partner Information and Declaration - Schedule B pdf file - If required
Parent/Legal Guardian Information and Declaration  - Schedule C pdf file - If required

Application for Permanent Disability  - Schedule D pdf file - If required

Students applying for both Federal and Yukon funding complete this Student Declaration instead of one of the above
