Immigrating to Yukon

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), a department of the Government of Canada (“federal government”), decides who can immigrate to Canada. For more information about federal immigration programs, visit Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s immigration web pages.

The Government of Yukon administers immigration programs in partnership with  IRCC. This partnership allows Yukon to nominate qualified foreign nationals to the federal government for permanent residency.


Immigration community outreach drop-in

You can now privately meet with Immigration staff to have your questions answered about:

  • Yukon Nominee Program
  • Foreign Qualifications Recognition
  • Settlement

No appointment necessary. Services available in English and French.

When: Every Thursday from 1 to 4 p.m.
